Lil' tabby girl Louise is the last of her litter, still looking to find a good home. She loves affection and is just waiting for the right person to come along.

These six little orphans came to us because the mother cat met with some accident three days after their birth. The lady of house who was monitoring their wellbeing waited three days hoping the mom would reappear and when she did not called CARA. They were bottlefed and well cared for, and now are bouncy, friendly kittens looking for good homes.

In these pictures they were 8 weeks old, have had their first shots, and negative for worms. They are very active, like to climb (mainly their foster mom), are good eaters of both wet and dry food, and use the litter box properly.

The Girls:

  • Petunia is a lovely mixture of colors with very delicate features. She is 75% cuddles and 75% climbing, never mind the math.
  • Honeysuckle is a tuxedo with the same 75/75% mix.
  • Thelma and Louise are both tabbies but Louise is technically a torbi because mixed in with her dark and white stripes is a third color of pink/orange across her back. Thelma likes to cuddle and climb and Louise will cuddle some but she is the tom boy of the group. At eight weeks the largest, Louise weighs over two pounds and the others just under two pounds.
The Boys:
  • Teddybear is black with lighter shadowing (known as "smoke"). He has big round eyes and white markings on his chest. He checks things out before leaping but can make tracks up his foster's leg with the others.
  • Goldenboy was the runt, weighing no more than 6 oz when he arrived but now has a normal weight. He is an 85/75% balance of cuddler and climber.
If you'd like to meet the kittens, please check our upcoming show schedule, and email us beforehand at cara_adopt@yahoo.com to make sure they will be at the store to meet you!
