Rondo and the Things

Rondo and the Things (no, it's not a rock band but maybe it should be) were caught at an apartment complex, where they had been living under a building with the rest of their family. All told, there were 8 kittens in 3 different litters; it was quite a clan. Most of the kittens were adopted and are doing very well in their new homes, but these three are still looking for their own special adopters. Thing 1 and Thing 2, the black ones, are brother and sister. Rondo, the fluffy tabby, is their cousin. They were born around the beginning of March, so they are no longer kittens but are now teenagers. Unlike human teenagers, they don't want the latest gadget or sneakers. They are happy with toys and treats and soft cozy beds. Rondo is a big boy and is very sociable and outgoing with people he knows a total lap cat and purr machine. The Things are still a bit shy, especially the Boy Thing, so they will need time to adjust in a new place. A little patience, lots of playtime, and nice tasty meals (aka bribes) should make them feel at home quickly. They would love to be adopted together with a friend, but the most important thing is for them to find a safe, loving, permanent home. Rondo and the Things are all negative for Feline Leukemia Virus and FIV, are up-to-date on vaccinations, and are spayed/neutered. If you are interested in adopting one or more of them, please email Janet at JanetCatMom@yahoo.com to arrange a meeting. The adoption process includes an application, contract, and tax-deductible donation. |
